Birth mother was Shirley Isabelle SPICER, 31 or 32 years of age, born Victoria, Australia. Shirley is my aunt. Shirley may have been working at the Canadian Red Cross or within a Government agency at the time. The childs father may be of East Indian decent, or of unique background/personality. Shirley was approx 5"2 tall, blue/hazel eyes, tiny frame and fair blonde hair.
