My grandfather’s name was Manuel Cruz Silva. I believe he was adopted & am trying to find out his birth name as I can only find one electoral roll document from 1939 that names him. I’ve also been led to believe he was born in Gorseinon‚ Swansea but no records show up. He died on holiday in Spain between 1983-85 I think. He lived in Rumney‚ Cardiff‚ Hunter Street‚ Docks & also had a shop in Bute Street‚ Docks‚ Cardiff.
