I am searching for the records of my grandmother, Margaret (Peggy) Louise Hodge (adopted last name) born January 18, 1924 in Erie, PA and was a resident of an orphanage there, possibly St. Joseph’s Home for Children. She has now passed away but we want to find out where she came from, her biological family, and why she was put into an orphanage. She was adopted by George Wilford Hodge and Hazel B. Jennings Hodge.
