I am looking for my Birth Mother. I was a girl born on April 6th ‚1987 in Delaware County Pennsylvania. I was born with a rare birth defect at the time called lymphatic malformation‚ sac of tissue. The sac or bulge was on my left eye at birth. My parents who adopted me said I was born at Mercy Fitz in Landsdowne Pennsylvania.
