I am searching for my birth family. I was born 12/8/84 at Titusville hospital in Titusville PA and was adopted through Family Services in Oil City PA that was officiated my judge H William White. I do know that I have an older sister that would have been born around 1980, and half siblings that would have been born to a different father . The adoption was private, and i have been searching for my birth family for years.
