Hello‚ my name is Koren Scates and I am looking for my biological father. I was born 1 Nov 1986 in Cumberland County (Pennsylvania) hospital to Krista Ranck (Dickerson)(bio-mother). All attempts to find my bio-father have failed. I believe he lived and currently lives in Texas and was in Oklahoma‚ Ft. Sill for ANOC Training with the US Army in 1986 (January/February). From what I was told he is Panamanian. Name and age is unknown. Adoption was through Cumberland Country Children and Youth Services. I’ve been trying to locate him since 2011. Any way you can help would be greatly appreciated!
