Have been told birth was at Washington Hospital Washington Pa, but we moved to Meadville Pa around this time and birth could have been in that area. Have been told birth month was May but I am not completely certain of this information. Given up at birth by my parents Birth Mothers name Janice Lynn Rice (Dennick) Fathers name Vernon Eugene Rice, birth father would be another man by the first name of George. Mother would have been between 29-31 years old. You would have 3 older siblings, 2 sisters and a brother.
