My sister Rhonda Leighanne Allison was born 9/11/1967 in Natrona Heights, Pa or New Kensington, Pa area. She was born under the last name Nowacki (Our mother was Judith Ann Nowacki) married John Allison and he adopted her and her last name changed to Allison. When our mother passed away 9/19/1972 in New Kensington, Pa from overdose (at that time she was going through divorce from my father John Allison. She had custody but when she passed away all 3 of us was placed in his care. (My brother had a newborn son that was 6 weeks old , Scott Rupert. My father kept me and sadly put my sister and brother into adoption service through Westmoreland County Children’s Home or Bureau. I have searched for years once I was old enough but Westmoreland said only they could open their adoption file. Which breaks my heart because how would Rhonda find me (with name changes and my das moved back to Ohio) my brother wouldn’t even know he had two sisters. My prayer is to find them and reconnect us before it’s too late. I love them and know I’ve always thought of them
