On August 3, 1982 i gave birth to a daughter whom i placed for adoption. My name is Margaret Leigh but at the time of her birth my name was Margaret Phillips. I was 15 at the time. I was sent to Zoar home for unwed mothers in Allison Park PA for the duration of my pregnancy. She was born in West Penn Hospital in Pittsburg PA allegheny county. The adoption was handled by Catholic Charities in Youngstown Ohio. The caseworker who handled the adoptions name was Ann Mika. I did not name my daughter so she is listed as Baby Girl Phillips on her original birth certificate
