I was born on September 9‚ 1971 in Delaware valley Hospital in Bristol‚ PA. (Has since closed‚ possibly now Aria?) Dr. Anthony J. Rock‚ D.O. is my uncle and our family doctor since I was born. I think my birth mother may have been a patient of his. (He retired from medicine about 2 yrs ago) I’m honestly only looking for health history as I am very ill with many medical problems. Thank you for any help you can give me.
