I am helping my mom find her biological brother. His mother was from North Carolina and he was adopted in Pennsylvania through a catholic adoption agency. He was born Jan 17 1965-1966. I believe the city was Philadelphia but am not forsure. He has three biological siblings, all older than him. His given name was John Charles. But that name could have changed.
