My mom was adopted shortly after her birth April 23,1939 in Emsworth, Pennsylvania. He mother , Nellie Ostaffy , was admitted to Harmerville hospital for post pardom depression shortly after. She recovered and moved to Miami Florida shortly there after. We know nothing about the birth father. I realize they’re probably both passed by now , but it would be nice to know where she came from. My mom was raised by her maternal grand parents, Anna and Nick Ostaffy, in Carnegie pa.
