I am searching for a brother. He was born between 1975-1977 in or around the Philadelphia or Lehigh Valley area area of Pennsylvania. The adoption may have been processed through a Catholic charity/orphanage or a state hospital. Our birth mothers name was Delores Kollo, our birth father was Frederick Moyer. I am not sure of the month or day he was born. He may have been named David but I think his family changed his name. I also think he may have been adopted a family in Ohio.
