She was born in Philadelphia at Booth Maternity Center to Donna Heckman age 15. May have had name changed to Jessica and live in Stroudsburg PA. Last time I saw her she was 9 months old and was taken away by children and youth of Stroudsburg by a woman names Eloise Amy and another woman. It was supposed to be an ope adoption but I never went to court nor signed anything giving her up. My mother took the father to court and he apparently signed.
