Tammy Ann was taken by Youth Services of Upper Darby PA at the age of 4 years old along with sister of 2 years age named Lesley when mother Betty Wenger was experiencing Homelessness. She has had private detectives search in the past unsuccessfully and has also tried to contact the Youth Service of Upper Darby PA but was denied because she was forced to sign over all parental rights then. She is living in a nursing home and is desperate to know about them both.
