My father was born in Latrobe Pa in 1930 but was not adopted until he was an adult in Illinois by his foster mom. He grew up in orphanages and foster homes and came to live with his adopted mom in 1940-1941.Hi bio parents’ last names are mother LeilaMull and father Melvin R Stewart. His First name was Kenneth. We have been searching for a while and no answers. DNA gave us a few clues but unfortunately none have come through or replied.
