I was born in November of 1964 in Pittsburgh. My birth name was Elaine Rudge and was changed by my adoptive parents. The adoption was handled through Washington County, Pennsylvania Orphan’s Court and the adoption agency representative was Mrs. Gregory. I apparently spent a couple of months with my birth mother or a foster family and my adoptive parents took custody of me in January of 1965. I believe my natural mother was a resident of Canonsburg, Pennsylania.
