Hi my mom was adopted. Her adoptive parents both passed away by the time she was 16. She passed away when I was 11. She was 42. It is hard to tell my kids the history of their grandma when I don’t know anything. There seem to be no birth records, diplomas or anything on ancestry.com. I only have her death record. Not even her marriage certificate shows up. It is like she never was. I know the names of her adoptive parents and where they supposedly lived. Besides knowing my family history to pass on I’d like to ask some health questions especially because she died so young. Thank you!
