I am searching for the birth parents of a dear friend by the name of Andrew ’Andy’ Frederick Stefany. He was born on April 2, 1960 in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. That is all the info that he has and is longing to find out where he truly comes from. DNA testing has been completed through Family Finder and there have been some strong leads but nothing concrete. The more I dig around, the more I am leaning towards this was a closed adoption within a certain family line. Thanks for all the help you can provide.
