My Pre-Adoption birth certificate says my name is James Paul Cole and my mother’s maiden name is Marian Lynn Cole and she was 19 years old. There is nothing else on the certificate except I was born in Chester County PA. Birth date is November 21st 1968. I have been looking since I found out I was adopted when I was 30 years old and I finally found my mother’s name.
