I cut the cord also her grandma was there to who is my mother at the time she was living with foster parents there names were Ralph and Carrie burlgame they lived in the country ina blue they lived in wattsburg pa. She has an older brother name Thomas and a older sister named Kimberly her real moms name is Tammy proctor which I think she now going by the last of wright we are no longer married her mom’s lives in Erie Pa my name is Keith proctor her real father and I live in McKeesport Pa which is south Pittsburgh.
