I was 35 at the time and a terrible drug addict. I was told it would be an open adoption. My daughter Toni Marie franks was born on feb 4, 1995. This all took place at the Methodist hospital in phila pa. I held her once and then a couple weeks later a picture came. I would love to meet her!
