I am looking for my aunt‚ my dad’s sister who was born either June 15th 1951 ( could be 16th) at Jefferson hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. We were told she passed away but I don’t think she did . Just looking to see if possibly she was given up for adoption.. don’t want to leave any stone unturned. Just looking for some anwsers.
