I am looking for any information about my birth relatives. What I know is that I am Debra‚ born April 6‚ 1957‚ adopted a few days after birth by Jack and Elsie Feldman‚ of Maplewood‚ NJ. Birth certificate was issued in West Chester‚ PA. What I am pretty sure about is that I have seen a "Termination of Parental Rights"‚indicating my birth mother’s maiden name as Sylvia Arlene Kopp or Kopps. The adoption was privately arranged by a pediatrician. What I’ve been told is that my birth mother was a nurse in her mid 30’s when she got pregnant‚ and that my father was a doctor who died of cardiac arrest at some point during my gestation. My birth mother has since married‚ had other children‚ and moved out of state.
