I was adopted through Catholic Charities in Lancaster county Pennsylvania. I was born in dauphin county Pa. It was a closed adoption. My burth mother wrote me a note and which was to be given to me from my adopted family. The name on the front of the card was Cleona. Inside the letter my birth mother told me she will be waiting for me to come find her and that she loved me so much and wanted the best for me that she could not currently give and that it was her choice to do so that no one forced her. The letter was old plain stationary that was baby blue.
