He was born and adopted out of West Penn Hospital located in Pittsburgh‚ P.A.‚ on April 9‚ 1984. Adopted through‚ Mary Choicei of Catholic Charities Dioceses of Steubenville‚ Ohio‚ who has since closed. His adoptive parents were from Steubenville‚ Ohio. The adoptive mother was 29 years old and the adoptive father was 31 years of age‚ at that time. If anyone has any information of a man who fits this description and is looking for his birth family‚ please don’t hesitate to contact me.
