Looking for my 2 sons born in Vietnam 5/18/1969 & 4/28/1970 birth names were Landon & Lake Pavlik. I am listed on original Birth certificate. He and his brother came to US on "operation Baby Lift" in 1975 -they were taken to Welcome House in Doylestown, PA. Which is where they were adopted out from around 1977. Mother is Nguyen Thi Mihn Ngoc (Vietnamese) Father is Lawrence Pavlik (American GI) served in US Army in Vietnam. Their names I was told were changed @ adoption to possibly David & Joel- adopted by American family last name possibly "Kay" or "Fraser" Boys are Amerasian, both born in Saigon, Vietnam
