Looking for my grandmothers first baby, she was unmarried and her parents made her give the baby up at birth. In her bible, she wrote the name "Mary Jane, Feb 9, 1961" This is basically all I have to go on besides knowing this adoption took place in either pennsylvania or new york. My Grandmothers name was Ruby Mastin at the time of the adoption. She went on to get married and had six more children, who are all alive and well and would love to find their long lost sister. Unfortunately My grandma passed away in 2015 but we talked about her first baby often and I know she wishes she had found her.
