Hi my name is Rachel Kerr , i’m looking for my birth parents. Adopted parents Lynda and Robert. I Was born in PA ,Bucks County Hospital October 3rd 1996. I am 22 years old now. I was 6 pounds 4 ounces at birth with blue eyes(maybe this helps). I also know my adoption was before i was born so this was very well planned ahead of time.
