My son Scott William was born on August 13th 1965 at the Hamot Hospital in Erie Pennsylvania. He weighed approximately 8 pounds 12 oz. The lawyer that I saw had an office downtown Erie Pennsylvania and I signed the papers and never had any connection thereafter. I was upset and I went back to the agency to hold my child one more time thinking that I couldn’t do this but under the advice of my parents I listen to them because they knew best and knew that my child would be raised and taken care of in a good manner since I was only 17. My maiden name was Werner and the father’s last name was Carino
