I was born in Wilkes Barre, Luzerne County, PA. Mt fathers name is Carl Smith, my mothers name was Shirley Mae Ross. I was given the name Jane Ross at birth. I was adopted in July of 1957. Both mother is from Lehigh County Pa. and my father from near by Carbon County. He attended Palmerton Elementary School. He also attended Lehigh University and was a pilot for Pan Am airlines in the 1960’s. My mother was also a college student at the time.
