I am looking for Gemma Raylynn Modzel. I love her. She was born October 8th ‚2020. She was born in memorial hospital in York PA. I signed away my rights to Amy hoffmaster( Gemma’s adoptive mother) .Gemma’s adopted grandmother is Laura Hershey. I was a foster kid in the foster system. I was in no condition to raise a child at that time so I signed away my rights . She has siblings now a day and they are not adopted. I hope one day I can talk to her and answer any questions she may have.
