I was placed for adoption in 1989 through a private agency in a closed adoption, but my adoptive mother learned the name of my biological mother during a meeting with their attorneys. Once I turned 18 I found and started communicating with my biological mother, who informed me that she had carried another pregnancy to term and placed that baby up for adoption at birth as well. She told me this child was a male born by a different biological father than my own and was also born in the Allentown, PA area a few years before me. She does not have information about the adoptive family. I am hoping to connect with my half brother, should he also wish to connect with me. I hope this message finds him somehow!
