I’m trying to find my little sister that I️ have never met she has red hair an blue eyes I️ only have one picture of her from when she was little. She was born in 2002 in Pennsylvania. She was adopted by my fathers cousin and they didn’t want me in their lives. I️ would ask my father more information but he died a year after she was born. All I️ want is to find my long lost sister whom I️ have only met once when I️ was very young. I️ am 22. I was born March 1995. Please help.
