I am searching for my birth parents...possible names are Harry Tarr and Helen Tarr. I was given the name of Betty Ann Tarr at birth. My birth took place in Armstrong County. I am told that I was born at home and then taken to the hospital. I am told that my father was in the military and that my mother was very young at the time of my birth. I was born in late May of 1971...was given several dates for my birthdate...I use May 25‚ 1971. I was not officially adopted until 1975.
