im looking for my daughter born Katelynne Beth Grover in sayre pa. sept 3 1999. she was adopted out through brandford county cps because of my ex husband. I did not willingly give her up. she is very loved. i believe i know her current adopted name and location. i just need to be reunited. i believe her name has been changed to caitlin stethers and is in athens. she just turned 18 i am unaware if she knows she has even been adopted. i would love for my girl to come home, she has a sister and brothers. please help.
