Hello, I am searching for the birth parents of a baby boy born in Allegheny County, Pittsburgh PA on May 12, 1966. The adoption was arranged by a doctor from Holiday Park, Plum Boro, Dr. Odie (sp). He was the family physician of the adoptive mother. I believe the birth mother gave the baby the first name of Joseph. I do not have names for the birth mother or father but the birth mother was a young college student and she was not married to the birth father. The baby boy was brought home from the hospital within a few days of his birth and the adoption was finalized without any delay. The adoptive father’s name is Roger Donley Berndt and the adoptive mother’s name is JoAnne Elaine Donahue Berndt. The baby was given the name Erik Donley Berndt. I have no further information.
