I am looking for my uncle. He should be in his 50s-60s. HIs name was William and he was adopted near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His parents were in the higher class and adopted him at birth. After that my grandmother, Judith, communicated with them for a little while and then lost touch. William now has 3 half sibling, and his mother has been married multiple times.
