Betty Jo was born to Constance Lear (nee Couch) and Ralph Finnegan at (we believe) Mercy Hospital in Altoona‚ Pennsylvania. She and two of her sisters were taken into child services and placed for adoption in the early 70s (between 1970 and 1972‚ my grandmother was not certain of the exact time). We have found her other sisters‚ but we are still searching for Betty Jo.
