My birth giving name was Freddy Sanchez and now my name is Jason Acevedo I was born on 6/30/1975 at St. Christophers hospital in Philadelphia Pa. My adopted parents were Stoney and Eileen Acevedo. I bleive my father and mother new her and also I was told that I may have a brother name Samuel he should be I think 3 yrs older then me.
