I was born December 11‚ 1952 in Hahnemann Hospital‚ Philadelphia‚ PA. My adoption was sometime after my birth‚ but I do not have any further information. I do not know when I came to be with my wonderful adoptive parents‚ or whether any agencies where involved and there are no living relatives to my parents who would know the events that occurred. I do have a birth certificate showing the names of my adopted parents filed on December 18‚ 1952 and issued on January 5‚1970 with the state of Pennsylvania. I was baptized on April 5‚ 1953 as the child of my adopted parents. I have no other paperwork or knowledge as to how this all occurred. I know of no one who could provide any additional information. I do not have an absolute desire to meet parents or siblings or other blood relatives at this time. But that could change as more information becomes available particularly with regard to hereditary health issues. Would love to know ethnic background though DNA through ancestry.com has suggested several first/second cousins. Have not contacted any though.
