My son was born around May 12, 1966 at St. Vincent Home, Woodland Ave., Philadelphia. He was not adopted until 3 to 4 years later because he was an inter-racial child. He lived at St. Vincent Homes for Children until that time. Catholic Charities were involved in everything.
