I think maybe her name on her original certificate would be Baby Girl Adams. Our mom filled out medical information to give to my sister if she is looking. I really hope we find her soon. Her birth would of been in Allentown,PA. Mom says she gave birth at Sacred Heart Hospital. Mom was single at the time. Mom worked at a shoe factory at the time of birth.
