I’m not sure on the place of birth‚ but I believe the birth parents lived in Newtown‚ PA (Bucks County) at the time. The only information that I have is the parents name‚ and the baby being born in the mid to late 60’s. Birth father’s name is Douglas W. Stilwell Sr. (served in the military at that time)‚ and the birth mother’s name is Suzzanne Wilhelmson. My dad mentioned the baby being born as "baby boy Stilwell"‚ but when I mentioned this to the birth mom‚ she stated they were not informed of the baby’s gender. I selected a birth date above‚ but I honestly don’t know it.
