I’m hunting for a family member that was given up for adoption. She would be my niece. She was born in the Altoona Hospital in Altoona Pa. in 1968 or 1969. It was a closed adoption, they parents were both teenagers. That’s all I know, I don’t know what adoption agency it was or anything. I think she named her Lisa but I’m sure the adopted parents changed it! So Im just putting this out there just in case.
