My birth mother’s name is Penny Stahl. She was 14 when she had me. I was born on July 21‚1969‚ in the borough of Jersey Shore‚ Pennsylvania (Lycoming County). I was named William Edward Stahl and immediately given up for adoption.My Adopted last name is Vaughn. I grew up in the Williamsport‚ PA Area‚ during the 70’s and 80’s. I am 5’’ 11”‚ 170 pounds. Straight brown hair‚ blue eyes. When I was a child‚ I possessed dirty blonde hair. I am wirly built and fairly athletic. My adoption was handled by an attorney in Williamsport. I will add the name as soon as I find it. It’s here…somewhere! I could not learn anything about my birth family‚ until 2018‚ or so‚ when the State of PA was required to give access to original birth certificate Information. This is how I learned my mother’s name - and my name too! No father’s name is listed on the birth certificate. Anyone‚ who feels compelled‚ can contact me.
