I am looking for my half-brother. Michael was his birth name but I’m not positive how it was recorded. Elizabeth (Betsy) Sydney Phillips was his birth mother She was a teenager and her father sent her from Virginia to live in a home for unwed mothers and give birth there. The adoption was already arranged I believe. I believe she gave birth when she was 17, so 1962 or 1963.
