I was told he was born in Doctor’s Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, sometime in June or July, in 1953 (I was told I was 5 years old when this happened). His birth mother’s maiden name was Irma Irene Eppihimer and his father’s name was William Charles Mitchell. He was given away at birth but my mom named him John. Not sure if that is true or not.
