looking for my adopted brother born late 1983 (or early 1984- sorry don’t have exact date). Mother went to WV for college but was from PA‚ first name Doreen. My dad was sent overseas for the military and she gave up the baby while he was deployed for 2 years. Didn’t tell him until his first leave a year later. So he isn’t on the birth certificate :( Please contact me if your birth mom was young from PA or WV‚ your birthday is late 83 or 84.
