I’m looking for my foster brother, Cory (Robinson). He was with our family from July 1987 until sometime in 1990 or 1991. My parents (Lori and Steve) wanted to adopt him, but the agency wanted him to return to his mom since he was going to start school. She moved to another county, and through agency error, my parents were not notified that his mom’s rights were permanently terminated, and another couple adopted him. We’ve been looking for him ever since.
